All American Farm (AAF) is a veteran-owned equine leadership and restoration destination in Camden, South Carolina. Founded by U.S. Air Force veteran Alicia N. Allmond, AAF was built on a simple belief: both horses and people deserve the opportunity to reset, recover, and move forward stronger.
What began as a rescue has evolved into a mission-driven environment serving servicemembers, veterans, and communities through structured, equine-based experiences.
AAF delivers structured, ground-based equine experiences that build trust, strengthen communication, and improve team cohesion—without rank barriers. No riding or prior experience required. Every session is guided, intentional, and designed to translate directly to leadership and real life.
By combining nature, horses, and experiential learning, AAF creates an environment proven to reduce stress, improve emotional awareness, and strengthen connection—where real change happens through experience, not instruction.
AAF remains rooted in horse rescue, giving overlooked horses a second chance—while creating a powerful space for people to do the same.
Home to Trooper, a retired U.S. Army Caisson horse, AAF continues a legacy of service—bridging the gap between military experience and personal restoration.
AAF is expanding into one of the Southeast’s premier veteran-led leadership destinations—serving military units, organizations, and communities through high-impact experiences designed to restore, reconnect, and strengthen those who serve.

Her duties enabled her to travel to some of the most fascinating locations around the world to include Bahrain, Dubai, London, Tel Aviv, and Uzbekistan.
As fate would have it, after traveling to more than 20 countries, Alicia returned back to her home state of South Carolina to be closer to her amazing parents and family.
