Gratitude
"Tudie"
Gratitude—affectionately known as “Tudie”—is a quiet, observant presence within the herd. A Quarter Horse mix, she is incredibly responsive, requiring only the lightest pressure and subtle cues from her handler.
Tudie is, without question, one of the most obedient and attuned horses at the farm—but that level of responsiveness comes with a requirement: confidence.
She does not thrive in uncertainty. Instead, she mirrors the energy she’s given. With a calm, confident partner, Tudie offers complete trust and connection. Without it, she becomes more reserved—inviting participants to adjust, ground themselves, and lead with clarity.
Though a bit bashful at first, Tudie reveals a deeply affectionate and willing nature once trust is established. She teaches one of the most powerful lessons we see across our programs: that leadership doesn’t require force—only presence, intention, and consistency.
True to her name, Gratitude reminds us that when we slow down, become aware, and lead with the right energy, connection naturally follows.
